Terms & Conditions – elMUN

By registering for and participating in elMUN, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Participation

  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the applicable fees.

  • Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of participation without refund.

  • Delegates must attend all scheduled sessions, adhere to the agenda, and maintain the decorum of the conference.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow delegates, the Executive Board, the Organizing Committee, and staff.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the conference.

  • Dress code is formal (Western or National), unless otherwise communicated.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made to elMUN are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In case of cancellation by the delegate for any reason (including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, or travel issues), no refund will be issued.

  • If the conference is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, delegate registrations will automatically be carried forward to the new dates.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the event is permanently canceled by elMUN.

4. Event Modifications

  • elMUN reserves the right to make changes to the venue, schedule, committees, or rules if deemed necessary.

  • Any such changes will be communicated to participants in advance as far as possible.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • elMUN and its organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, travel issues, or other damages incurred during the conference.

  • Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals (unless explicitly included), and personal safety.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All study guides, background papers, and conference materials are the intellectual property of elMUN. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
